RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once worn or if the hygiene liner has been removed.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and colour when placing an order. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you must contact the KBM team within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assist you promptly.

Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
